Reservation and Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy on a conference is 60 days in advance. If a conference is cancelled no later than 60 days prior to your arrival date you will receive a refund of your deposit less an administrative fee of $100. This deposit can also be held for a future reservation.

For cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited in full. If the Manor on Golden Pond is able to re-sell any of the reserved space you shall receive a pro-rated portion of your deposit based on the number of rooms re-sold, less an administrative fee of $100.

For early departures, late arrivals, or no shows there will be no refund for that particular room. You will be responsible for all charges made to rooms by your guest unless you request us to take a credit card imprint from the guest at time of check in.
